Allardyce arrogance goes mental: “I’m as good as Klopp, Guardiola and Arteta”

|

He’s back – the man who may have one of the biggest heads in football given his latest remarks.

It can be nobody else of course but former Irons boss BFS who as the new Leeds United boss could well have a say in what happens to us this season given he will be in charge when we play them.

He of course resigned as England boss following an undercover investigation by The Telegraph that captured him advising fake Far East investors how to get around FA regulations before.

Now he is back after being relegated in his last job at West Brom and in quotes from The Independent explains what a great manager he is and right up there with the best.

He explained People think I’m old and antiquated (which I thought was much the same thing!) but that’s so far from the truth.

“I might be 68 and look old but there is no-one ahead of me in football terms. Not Pep, not Jurgen , not Mikel. It’s all there with me.

“They do what they do. I do what I do but in terms of depth of knowledge I’m up there with them. I’m not saying I’m better but I’m as good.”

Ah well it seems nothing much has changed. He still doesn’t seem to know what he is talking about.

And did nobody ever tell him self praise is no recommendation!

An air traffic controller at London City Airport told me when BFS was in charge that they had to divert planes away from the ground during games.
