Bilic looks to Payet factor

|

payet2Slaven Bilic sees Dimi Payet will again be the key as the Hammers head home looking for their second win of the season this weekend.

Watford provide the opposition as the fabulous Frenchman looks to become the game changer nd the team looking to end the 90 minutes with six points from four games.

And with Sione Zaza set to debut, Bilic’s hopes are clearly high that the season gets underway here after a particularly difficult run out at Manchester City with a much weakened outfit.

Speaking ahead of the game the manager said: “It is key for us if he can produce his best form again. He has the qualities that the best players have and can help change a game. They are influencing their team mates and opponents.

“He makes the team play better and everyone around him is benefiting. The team recognised that last season.”

Payet had a useful international run out for France which saw him start to return to top fitness after his injury against Chelsea in the opening day of the season.

Obviously Payet is a massive player for us. I’m not quite as keen as most.
On form, sure, he is untouchable – completely sublime; no doubt about it – BUT he can go AWOL on the pitch, or have mediocre games.
Let’s hope against Watford he plays a blinder and gets any free kicks on target.

It will be great to see how Zaza performs, but hope expectations aren’t too high; give him a break! I am a total Fletch fan, so I hope he is not being shuffled too far down the pack.

Should Callieri have a stint in the Dev for him to give him some target practice? He does make good runs, and he gets rave reviews from S America, so we need to get him firing on all cylinders

Well there you go,the Fish is not as keen because he goes AWOL.And just how many times has a touch of brilliance, pass or goal lead to us gaining points during his supposed AWOL games.Of course he has mediocre games sometimes, most players do!
And what’s with this HAVING to DO THIS all the time. You are loud enough you dont need to highlight things!
