Bilic “no friend” of Bradley sacking culture

|

swansea-city-v-west-ham-united-premier-leagueSlaven Bilic has sent a big message of sympathy to Bob Bradley following the sacking of the former Swansea boss.

The Hammers 4-1 win at the Liberty Stadium saw the American’s sort 11 game reign come to an end and Bilic said: “In such short amount of time, basically you depend totally on luck.

“People are expecting you to win but that is not with a pre-season and you have a game in two days and then another game in five days. He didn’t have any chance.

“I am not a friend of that kind of culture towards the manager – everyone of them. I know he is a good manager with a good CV, hard-working.

“I saw them play with confidence in those games which is very hard when you are down. They have changed so many managers in two years. If you are talking about Swansea, for me it is not the solution. You need to stick with one.

“But I was not shocked. We spoke after the game in his office. Of course, his whole life is in football like me. He was not like shocked but disappointed definitely. So was I.”
