Bitter DG savages Chelsea striker

|

West-Ham-United-co-owner-David-GoldBitter David Gold has made no attempt to disguise his deep disappointment at being beaten by a Diego Costa goal…of all people!

Hardly surprisingly the striker’s boss Antonio Conte defended the player despite TV replays showing him dragging his studs down Adrian’s shins and across his ankle.

The horrible ‘challenge’ has been slammed by every  pundit as a sending off offence  and there is no question the 27 year old Spain international was guilty of a disgusting foul which went unpunished by far too lenient ref Anthony Taylor .

And the Hammers co-chairman made no secret of his disgust at the striker’s antics when discussing last night’s 2-1 defeat.

Speaking on Twitter he declared: “Losing to a late goal by a player that should not have been on the pitch is hard to take.”

However, he was delighted with the club’s new £6 million signing left back Arthur Masuaku commenting that he” looked a good player.”dg

I’m afraid Costa is an uncontrollable thug and until such time as we’ve got referees with the balls to make the big calls, maniacs like Costa will get away with it week after week.

It always seems to be the way – whenever we go to Stamford Bridge, we never get any joy from referees

I ain’t as suicidal as some today, aint even that downbeat after one game at Chelski.Thats crazy psycho Norman Bates territory imo but we could end up losing all last season’s momentum if we ain’t careful. That will be a kick in the nuts for all of us.I still think we will have a good season. This is like groundhog day one year on.Leicester,Bournemouth at home & the dummies where being spat Olympic world record lengths. This is a new world f* cking record though because they are flying after one game 🙂

hehe indeed, lets see what the next couple of months are like, I think we will be in the mix for the Europa at the end of the season, last night would have been a real wake up call and hopefully a shot in the arm in the long term.

At one time Masuaka went eye to eye with Costa and did not back down when play restarted Costa went looking for the chance to do him but the ball never came near them,
He is a nasty bit of work and needs a real job done on him from a real hard man like Ruddock that puts him out for months,
    Eye for an eye
Now you know why the Spanish side don’t want him,
He is not a hard man he is a coward with a brain problem and the sport and life in general would be better off without him,
The refs need to keep a lose eye on him all season,

We lost to chelsea by 1 goal scored in the 89th minute at stamford bridge without some of our best players …..Big deal! ….what i do find infuriating is Bilics insistence on playing antonio at right back. I know we havent seen much of tore and ayew but they both look short of fitness and if there was one player i thought would be able to get us back in it after antonios mistake for the penalty it was antonio….on the wing with more than a point to prove….trying to make up for his mistake and proving he deserves to start in that position …..if bilic continues to be hard headed and play one of our best players full of drive and determination enjoying his football into a frustrated demotivated defender short of confidence it could cost him his job…if there are any positives we can take from last nights game it would be that masauku is a very very good player and that antonio should never play Rb unless it is out of complete necessity …..and for all you doom mongers, last season our 1st 5 games were shaky and we had our best season in years ! …COYI !

aykay we were rubbish after the first 5 min,it’s not the 1 goal defeat we had nothing to offer,
Carroll worked his heart out and maybe with Antonio next to him and Tore or Ayew and not Valencia things could have been different,
Why start with Payet on the bench if he is not good enough to start rest him but if he is fit enough start him and take him off when he is spent,
The Antonio situation has also given Reid a free ride he could have given away 4 pens,he never learns to keep his arms down and he played on the left,
We need to give youth a chance as we arnt going to buy anymore,
Kante learnt from last year pick the weak link and pressure the mistakes he had Noble in his pocket,
William and Hazard were the difference because they held the ball up we had no one Kouyate tried but had no outlets that’s also why Novedt had to pass side ways,
Payet Lanzin Sak and even Feggolui hold the ball up and give us time to make things work,
But not all lost if we learn from are mistakes
