Brighton away ballot is fixed

|

West Ham has confirmed that Ticketmaster have overcome technical issues and have re-run the away ballot this morning.

West Ham Help announced on Twitter: “The Brighton ballot was run this morning, and successful applicants have now been contacted via email! Tickets will be posted before the end of this week”

However, it appears the Watford away ballot is yet to be fixed with West Ham Help adding: Applications for the Watford ballot were open from Wednesday 31 July and closed at 11 am on Thursday 1 August. Season Ticket Holders who have applied, we have all the applications and the ballot will be run in due course. Thank you for your patience in the meantime”

The Hammers ticketing partner Ticketmaster is thought to have completed a major software upgrade over the summer which has led to various software gremlins causing West Ham ticket office challenges. Hopefully, these have now been resolved and they will not be repeated.
