Byram recovers after operation

|

byramhospitalHammers right back, Sam Byram has posted a photo of himself in a hospital bed recovering from an operation after his serious hamstring injury.

Writing on instagram Sam wrote: “Road to recovery for me starts for now. Been very stop, start for me since arriving but determined to make it work and come back stronger.

Surrounded by great staff, team, family and friends. Keeping the positive vibes, hoping to be back soon as a Hammer. P.S Thanks for all the kind messages”

The right back overstretched within the first five minutes of our home game against Boro and was stretchered off in agony. After medical scans it was recommended that the tear required an operation.
