City keeping eyes on Sakho affair

|

bristolBristol City are closely monitoring the Diafra Sakho affair and will be looking for a pay-out if the Irons are punished by Fifa.

According to the national press a City insider claimed: “We are monitoring the Fifa investigation closely.

“If West Ham are punished we want the money we would have made as it would make a big difference to our promotion push.”

City pocketed £144,000 in TV cash for the clash and there would have been rewards estimated at around £90,000 for reaching the next round.

The club is now looking to lodge a complaint formally with the fifth round clash against West Bromwich Albion less than a fortnight away.

Deja Vu? And I thought City were a good friendly welcoming club! It’s the blunts all over again!

When will we ever learn? First Mannygate, then Tevez saga, then Sakho & Scottish lad transfer, now potentially this!

The powers that be should be going through things with a tooth comb to ensure history doesn’t repeat itself! We are becoming a bit of a laughing stock/target imho!
    Coyi!
