Spurs will be missing three key players and their manager for the clash against the Hammers on Sunday afternoon,
Apart from midfield star Rodrigo Bentancur, Captain Hugo Lloris and Bentancur’s back-up Yves Bissouma, who requires ankle surgery, manager Antonio Conte will be watching the game from Italy after surgery.
Conte, meanwhile, will remain in Italy to recover from a gallbladder operation with assistant Cristian Stellini assuming management duties.
“Following a routine post-operation check in Italy yesterday (Wednesday), Antonio Conte will remain at his family home to further and fully recover from his recent gallbladder surgery,” Spurs said in an official statement.
“Health is the most important consideration and everyone at the club wishes him well.”

It is not entirely clear at this stage who will be missing from the Hammers line up although Kurt Zouma looks set to be one absentee as he was reported to still be wearing a surgical boot this week.
There remain doubts over Nayef Aguerd and Lucas Paqueta along with Gianluca Scamacca which means that either Mikey Antonio or Danny Ings looks set to start.
