Cressie in line for honours

cresswell-aaron-cresswell-west-ham-west-ham-v-tottenham_3192011James Tomkins believes Aaron Cresswell could be the man to benefit from Manchester United Luke Shaw’s horror injury.

Shaw, England’s first-choice left-back, is out of the remaining Euro 2016 qualifiers and is also facing a battle to be fit for next summer’s finals after suffering a double leg fracture in the clash against PSV Eindhoven.

Tomkins, whilst feeling sorry for Shaw, reckons Cresswell could get his international chance as a result.

He told takSPORT: “Roy (Hodgson)  is trying to push the youngsters forward and Cresswell is not old, he is only 25, so if he can keep performing there is definitely a chance there.”

He needs to clean up his mistakes first, last year he was brilliant this year so far his mistake have cost us points,
Last week he made 2 howlers but got lucky, needs to calm down when ball is at his feet and try making some simple balls not look for the line breaker every time,
Mark Noble needs the same just a little bit of composure on the ball, the rest of their game is spot on and they have great energy and heart,
Next year is probably about right for Cressie for England,Mark needs to make his life Westham in my opinion not good enough for England but nor is Milner or Henderson
