Czech billionaire watches the win over Liverpool

|

May be an image of 2 people and textLikely Hammers investor Daniel Kretinsky watch the Irons beat Liverpool yesterday from the director’s box.

The alert Sky cameras caught the Czech billionaire watching a famous Hammers victory just days before his investment in the club is expected to become final.

And a Hammers source told us this morning this was the second game he had watched having been in the box when we beat Leicester City earlier in the season.

Also in the box yesterday was mayor of London Sadiq Khan – a Liverpool supporter of course. How does that work?

The new investment in the Hammers is expected to be completed this week with the money likely to be split between player investment and debt clearance.

With the team looking so strong and with the club in third place in the Premier League there can be no better time to see a deal completed ahead of the winter transfer window.
