David Moyes made a huge point against Arsenal.
The Gooners against West Ham 2023 has changed things more than a bit with the Irons demonstrating a brand of football we have rarely seen this season or last – Spuds excepted. And here Claret and Hugh follower Bournehammer68 explains his feelings and no doubt those of many others after such a magnificent Hammers performance after entertaining more than a few doubts about the manager las season and this!

I’ll be the first to admit I haven’t been a fan of the brand of football we’ve been seeing under Moyes.
I’ve been frustrated by the predictable nature of our substitutions and a deeply defensive mindset.
However I am also happy to admit that I really enjoyed last night. What a game, what a performance from everyone involved.
I think we could have a very bright future ahead. No one can deny that Moyes doesn’t have the best track record in the transfer market and apparently he and Steidten had different ideas regarding recruitment.
I believe that the signings made last window have proved outstanding. Because of this the recruitment process will run much more smoothly in the future with Moyes much more inclined to agree and work with recruits identified by Steidten even if he hasn’t heard of them or they don’t have Premier League experience.
For me Kudus and Alvarez were immense last night.
Long may it continue.
