Davids’ minds made up on Slav speculation

|

Gold2West Ham are in no mood to listen to Slaven Bilic sacking talk!

Speculation that the boss could face te ‘bum’s rush’ over the next three or four weeks has been firmly dismissed by the club who will give the manager time to put things right.

They consider there has been a huge over-reaction to the start to the campaign despite us collecting only three from a possible 15 points.

And the Davids are known to be big backers of their managers as has been shown by their history at Birmingham City and West Ham.

And insiders at the club are shocked that the sacking talk is underway pointing out that the club’s record signing Andre Ayew has been unavailable along with Andy Carroll and Aaron Cresswell.

We were told: Aaron is a massive miss – we are a different team without him – and Andy is on his way back. Ok the defence has looked frail but you don’t go sacking managers without giving them time to sort a problem.

“The Davids are guys who have a big track record in backing their chosen boss and Slav will be given time to put things right – that is a CERTAINTY.”

  • Farang Hammer says:

Would be daft to sack him.
There is nobody I’d rather have (who is available) as manager.
    Long live Slav

I honestly can’t believe I am reading so much dross in the last few days about sacking Bilic.Christ almighty if fans had this attitude in the Greenwood & Lyall eras they wouldnt have lasted 6 months because amongst a lot of enjoyable football we played some absolute poo.

Slav is the man and as a defender of note he will sort out this problem, god help Southampton if he sorts it out this week , the same thing happened in 65-66 when we shipped 17 goals in four games and what happened that season, we got to the smi final of the League Cup , the Quarter finals of the ECWC and came 12th
    Matches were Sunderland 1 -2 / Sheff. Utd. 3 – 5 / Liverpool 1 – 5 / Leicester 2 – 5 all in September 1965.
It was sorted then and it will be sorted now.
