Until now tRice, West Ham transfer rumours, Premier Leagueat has been his position but his determination to win things will almost certainly be fulfilled should he move to the Etihad

Arsenal’s opening £80 million bid has been rejected by the Hammers who are looking for the £120 million mentioned initially by manager David Moyes.

Rice now a strong option for Manchester City

Having lost out of Jude Bellingham, Declan is now believed to be a strong option for the Champions League winners as first suggested by the CandH northern man Terry Robbins several weeks ago.

City will initially offer the same £80 million as Arsenal nut will thrown in midfielder Kalvin Phillips making  the deal worth around £120 million

The Irons are in no rush to sell their captain but will stand by the agreement to sell him assuming they get the price they want.

The Telegraph report one source as saying: “The market will decide,” but the Hammers are well pleased that the price will be driven up as other expected clubs come in.

A source confirmed that City regard Rice as a “strong option” with the Bellingham deal to Real Madrid having now been announced.

Delighted to hear Mark Warburton will be seeking other career opportunities this summer, hopefully the club can support David Moyes with some quality coaches.
    Scotty Parker perhaps?
