Guy Demel – talking to Premier League Productions pre-match – said: “It’s never easy coming to Old Trafford and we know it’s going to be a hard afternoon for us.
“But we feel we can cause them problems, after the Liverpool game we’ve grown in confidence.
“They’ve signed some really good players. For us, as defenders, I think it’s going to be hard but it’s nice to play against big players and that’s why you play in the Barclays Premier League. It won’t be easy, but we’re going to try to keep a clean sheet and to expose them.
“You can see that the Liverpool game was a key one for us and we want to continue to try to play that brand of football and be successful.”
