Dug outs out of bounds for Boleyn stadium tours

during the Barclays Premier League match between West Ham United and Liverpool at Boleyn Ground on April 6, 2014 in London, England.

West Ham Supporters booked into the Boleyn Ground stadium tours on some dates will not be able to view the changing rooms or dug-outs they were told by club email this evening. ClaretandHugh Associate Editor, Sean Whetstone received this email for his tour booked on Saturday 28th May.

The email said: “Please be advised that access to the changing rooms and dugout areas will now not be possible during your stadium tour due to a number of events now taking place at the stadium. We would like to offer you a discount of 50% for the tour should you wish to continue with your date as planned and take a modified route. This route will now include a visit to the Manager’s Office which was not previously included and will be exclusive to Changingroomyour tour dates only.

Alternatively, we have other dates available that will allow full access and we would be happy to accommodate you should you wish to change. To confirm payment details for the 50% refund or should you wish to change date please contact our ticket office customer service team on 0303 031 1966 via option 3. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you would like to cancel your tour completely we will be happy to provide a full refund for your booking. Again please contact our ticket office and our staff will promptly deal with your request.
