Former United youngster can prove his Irons point

It will be very interesting to see whether David Moyes takes any sort of chance of allowing  Ademipo Odubeko’s very young career to turn full circle at Old Trafford tonight.

The Academy striker of course decided against signing a new deal with Manchester United in favour of moving to the Irons.

After scoring 17 goals in 35 games for the United academy team he could see no way forward past the various front line options at United and thus joined us.

David Moyes has revealed that he has since had injury problems at the club, suffering a hamstring issue but with Mikey Antonio almost certainly ruled out tonight it would be a surprise were Mipo not in the squad.

Every player wants to make an impression against former clubs and none more so than youngsters and Molyes has also said he has enjoyed what he’s seen of the boy.

Odubeko was urged to stay at United. It would be perfect if he were to get the opportunity of showing whyy he didn’t and is ready for Moysie to give him his breakthrough chances.

    He said we have good youngsters coming through and will give us options having only half a striker, but the the trouble is they never get a game..so what’s the point in having them on the bench,,if they are good enough to be on the bench then put them on there and find out
