Talksport claim the 15th placed team in Ligue One see him as the player to rescue their season and the Hammers look likely to be ready to sell.

The winger joined us from Brentford in 2020 but has torn absolutely no trees up at the London Stadium and has been particularly inconsistent and out of form during the current campaign.

He has fallen down the Hammers pecking order  and was responsible for one of the goals when the Hammers were beaten at Anfield in the Carabao Cup.

So far he has made a total of 152 appearances across all competitions for West Ham but has been involved in starting elevens at that level on just four occasions.

Benrahma is ready for a move out of the London Stadium having seen his position slide at the Hammers with just over 1,000 minutes played in 19 appearances.

Speaking on talkSPORT for West Ham’s clash against Manchester United, in which Benrahma started on the bench, former Hammers coach Stuart Pearce said:

“It’s not come as a surprise to me. I think I read somewhere that Saudi [Arabia] might be interested in him as well. “I don’t think he’s played regularly enough and consistently enough here to say they need to hang on to him. “It might be time for him to move on potentially and reinvest the money.”
