Gold and Sullivan set to become Hammers history makers

|

Make no mistake what we are seeing at West Ham right now with seven individuals lining up to get a hefty shareholding is history making.

Should it happen – which now begins to looks very likely –  this club will finally be entering the big time in the biggest possible way.

Every conversation we have had with major club insiders suggests that it is now very much on the cards although it may take a few months to tie everything up.

It’s the sort of situation David Gold and David Sullivan have been trying to develop since they took the club over.

Daniel Kretinsky – should he be the man who gets the gig  – will  not only pile in a few millions but, as president of Sparta Prague, is now being reported as wanting to develop Sparta as our feeder club.

Gold and Sullivan have taken plenty of knocking by the noisy protestors over the last few years. How ironic it will be should they pull this off that they will be remembered as West Ham’s history makers.

Right now they are sitting on the  of such a situation and we all have reason to be as excited as it gets.
