David Gold has lashed out an an Irons follower on Twitter who described a tweet he sent out as a “complete and utter lie.”
The co chairman quickly defended himself against the usual unsavoury remarks often used by thoe using the social network when discussing attendances in the Premier Leaugu.
It started with Gold quoting a stat from the national media in which said: “Which Premier League team has filled its stadium most this season? http://shr.gs/iXhPASDDailyStar: West Ham with an impressive 99.9%, dg”
It brought the immediate response: “@davidgold complete and utter lie. Pathetic tweet from you Dave. I’m a ST holder and know for a fact there’s 5k+ empty every week.”
Gold however, put his accuser on the back foot immediately respondng: “This is a complete lie there isn’t 5k empty seats every week there are 9k empty seats ever week. Because we have a licence 4 57k not 66k dg
There is seemingly an unusual amount of these bitter and twisted “fans” around this season, I have been to all bar two of the home games this season and before the ticket trader there was a decent amount of the 57k available seats free but I doubt if it was ever more than a couple of thousand and since the ticket trader was working a lot less. DG is trying to give some good news at a period where most about us is negative and this moron decides to try and bring him down…
No he is not, he is fibbing out of his backside. All David Gold has done is to make a fool of himself yet again, while once again showing his disdain for the supporters of the club .
The man is grade A C U Next Tuesday. And them some.

David Gold, please do everyone a favour and keep your daft old mouth shut. Every time you open it you just keep making a fool of yourself.
And yes all you and Midget Man Sullivan and that vile woman Brady do is lie, lie, lie and lie. All three treat West Ham fans with nothing but utter contempt.
Sooner all three are gone from our club the better.
Before everyone starts on here, my feeling is shared by the vast majority of genuine West Ham fans. Nearly all want them gone and gone soon.
