Gold tweets good news

Andy-Carroll-West-Ham_3126805David Gold is confident Andy Carroll will soon be ready to rejoin the action.

Despite the club’s record signing being unable to join the action tomorrow night after being injured at Southampton back in the winter, the co chairman believes the big fella will soon be back.

Carroll has spent most of the summer back at the Chadwell Heath training ground working on his knee and core fitness.

And Gold tweeted: “Andy is training nearly every day he has great determination and will soon be ready to play. Dg,”

It’s make or break time ( no pun ment )
We can do without the break,if he is fit we can keep him or dump him

At the risk of being called every four letter word known to man or beast….and some 5 letter ones.

    That’s a bit negative Bubs……….although I do agree.

  • bubs says:

Can’t spell 5 letter words as most on here know
Just try and stay up beat we had enough negative crap most of last year,

Gold has spent many hours over the last two years sending these messages of joy out about AC.One more season. If he is out too much it is out the door Andy im afraid. We cant keep on like this,it is stupid.

  • bubs says:

If Newcastle come in with a offer of £10 million or more we should sell,
I still think he could cut it for us but he will always pick up injuries and we can’t cope every year
Maybe Leicester will be interested when the Hungry Hippo arrives

I don’t want to appear like our friend Bradley but just read this story. Looks like Song is coming on loan again.

We most certainly missed him last season . And , even with the new sighnings this season we need him . He’s too dangerous a player to be ignored .
    So , for me , it’s a welcomed message .

For me too Kev but we’ve heard it all before,be nice for our sake and his if we could get a full season out of him

  • essexclarets says:

It would be about time we got some buck for our money.. if he can stay fit for longer that 6 weeks he could make a difference & save the club £m’s in having to buy a back up.
or….. how much would we get at Cashconverters for him??

  • rugbyirons says:

What’s the rush for AC. Just let him wait until August when he’s properly fit.
