Great news all the way for Hammers

|

It’s great news all the way round for the Hammers at the moment with yesterday (Fri) a good one in particular thanks to news from Lucas Paqueta‘s wife taking a hand!

After injuries and absence through Afcon the latest updates are hugely encouraging ahead of the game against Bournemouth on Thursday.

Obviously the announcement that the return from injury of Jarrod Bowen  earlier was terrific along with the news for the Hammers that Ghana were out of Afcon and that top man Mohammed Kudus is on his way back to the London Stadium.

Now, Edson Alvarez  has lifted the mood when revealing he was back in training and all set to play in the game against the Cherries.

Then of course came the official announcement that we had completed the signing of England international Kalvin Phillips who arrived on loan and in his first interview declaring how pleased he was to have done so.

And still it wasn’t over when with brilliant striking prospect Callum Marshall agreeing a new deal until 2027 and being sent out on loan to high flying Championship outfit West Brom.

And put icing on top of a lovely looking “cake” Lucas’ wife Duda Fournier made it clear her man is almost ready to return.

After being reunited with the playmaker following his return from over two weeks of recovery training she says he is now nearly fully fit and ready to return .

She added rather romantically: “After two months apart (lie, 16 days 😅) but what a loooong time, (we’re) together again. I love you little boy!! “Glad you’re back, and almost 100% recovered.”
