Luis Guilherme’s West Ham medical has been booked for next week according to football ITK Fabrizio Romano.
The Italian journalist caused some confusion with an earlier tweet on his social media which appeared to indicate the Brazilian was on his way to London this weekend.
Sky Sports News are also reporting the transfer so it really does appear to be going ahead. An agreement has been reached with Palmeiras pending medicals to take place in England next week.
The finances are believed to be €23m fixed fee, €7m add-ons, 20% sell-on clause to Palmeiras with the players terms being unknown at this time.
