Robert Snodgrass is reported to have a good chance of recovery to be available for selection West Ham‘s London derby with Spurs next weekend despite his withdrawal from the Scotland squad claims the London Standard.

Snodgrass missed the Nations League defeat to Israel for Scotland with an ankle injury and has now returned to London, meaning he will also miss the game against European champions Portugal.

Medical staff at West Ham were aware of the issue and had been in constant communication with their Scottish counterparts during the international break.
