Roma have made West Ham winger Sofiane Fegholui their number one target this winter transfer window and want to sign the Hammer on loan according to Sky sports news. However, the Hammers board will only entertain a permanent deal and they value Feghouli at £9m despite signing the 27 year old on a free transfer in the summer.
Feghouli has made 15 appearances for Slaven Bilic’s side and scored just one goal, which came against minnows Domzale in the Europe League. The 27-year-old’s poor form cost him a place at the Africa Cup of Nations, and it is close to costing him his place at West Ham. Just seven months after signing a three-year deal at the London Stadium, the Hammers are prepared to let him leave.
Feghouli is thought to be on wages as high as £60,000 per week with West Ham and this is one of the stumbling blocks for European teams who are thought to want his services.
I cant believe CP & the fat one have paid twelve million quid for Schlupp.I know a couple of Foxes fans and they are laughing all the way to the bank.
Yeah Schlupp is ok but not £12m worth, I would pay more than we have offered for Snodgrass though. Supposedly the asking price for Depay is £15m seems cheap to me but if we could get him playing would be money well spent, as for Feghouli he is worth more than £9m with Payet off the scene we need him imho and he has looked better the last few games.
All these players leaving but not one player signed even the youth have gone on loans its going to be a long season
I actually think we should be keeping Feghouli with Payet gone. He has barely been given a chance with far too much expected from his 10 – 15 min cameos early in the season. He needs proper game time to find out whether he can cut it or not.
