Hammers claim to be facing “crazy” Mubama demands

By Hughie Southon

West Ham are remaining hopeful that Divin Mubama’s representatives can be persuaded to agreeĀ  a new deal over the teenage striker but the club claims to be facing “crazy” demands.

The 19 year old is currently refusing to sign an extension to his contract which runs out next June but his agents Elite Management are allegedly driving a very tough set of negotiations.

Mubama has of course been talked up as one of the Hammers best prospects which is helping their position but thus far he has only had 24 minutes on non Premier League first team action this season.

Mubama loan plan amid crazy demands

The talks are continuing and it will be interesting to see whether the player is included in the team which tomorrow night (Wed) meets Arsenal in the Carabao Cup clash at the London Stadium.

In the meantime our major Hammers source has revealed to Claret and Hugh exclusively: “If Divin signs an extension or new contract we will put him out on loan but at the moment we are facing some crazy demands”

If he signs a new contract we will put him out on loan? Why aren’t we giving him sny game time? This is such an afterthought. He must be worth an introduction, Ings has done nothing. Poor man management.
