West Ham can still qualify for a Champions League spot by winning their remaining games and finishing on 70 points.
We will also need to rely on Lecister City dropping points in their run with Manchester United, Chelsea and Spurs.
Liverpool too will need to drop points with a loss or draw against Manchester United enough to make the difference of Champions League qualification.
The table above calculated using the World Football Table Calculator shows Manchester City crowned Champions followed by Manchester United as runners up.
Chelsea would secure 3rd place with 73 points with West Ham fourth on 70 points.
Liverpool would have to settle for Europa League next season on 67 points with Leicester City sixth on 64 points and Spurs seventh on 59 points.
Sheffield Uniteed, Weet Bromwich Albion and Fulham would be relegated with Brighton and Burnley surviving under the 40 point magic target.

No need for scousers to drop points if we win our last 4 games.
We’ll be hard pushed to qualify for the Champions League . The damage was done losing to Chelski and the damage was further increased with the Chelski win over City . We need to win all remaining games and hope a handful of other results go in our favour . But who knows ; football is a funny old game and at times unpredictable . Nothing wrong with dreaming though . That’s what makes fans the people they are .
