West Ham are being linked with a January swoop for Flamengo striker Gabriel Barbosa.
The Hammers are looking to sign a striker at the turn of the year and have now been linked with a potential move for the Brazilian at the turn of the year. 
Eurosport reports that both the Irons and Aston Villa are interested in striking a deal for Barbosa, who could be available on loan in January.
Newcastle are also said to be interested but he is not keen on a relegation battle, opening the door to a potential move to the London Stadium.
He has made 43 appearances in all competitions thus far this season and has scored 29 goals, while providing 11 assists.
A Brazil international with 17 caps and five goals to his name, he is said to be ready to assess his options in January once offers start to be tabled.
It remains to be seen if the Irons will be putting one forward.
