Hammers snub Chelsea striker talks

|

4781641West Ham have snubbed in talks aimed at becoming involved in the possibility of signing exciting young Chelsea prospect Tammy Abraham.

The 18 year old – on loan at Bristol City – has scored 17 goals in 30 appearances whilst and has been tracked by the Hammers for some time.

Although he has a couple of years left on his Stamford Bridge contract Abraham has made it clear he is keen to make it into a Premier League first X1 soon and has been the subject of top reports.

The Hammers have watched him regularly but have decided to concentrate on more experienced British front men as they bid to pick up their form and a source inside the London Stadium confirmed that they would not be making any moves for Abraham at this stage.

ClaretandHugh was told: “At this point we can’t consider younger players. He is a very good prospect but we have more immediate requirements.”

I’m beginning to think the answer might be in front of us in the form of Ashley Fletcher. After all, Bilic made mistakes by not playing Antonio and Obiang for months. Why are we looking at kids from other clubs?

That’s him a guaranteed superstar elsewhere then inside a couple years as we cry into our expensive London Stadium beer.
