whiplashAndy Carroll, Sofiane Feghouli, Sam Byram and Winston Reid all hoping to shake off knocks to face Middlesbrough after missing at least one day of training this week. Feghouli, Byram and Reid all trained with the first-team squad on Thursday today.

Slaven Bilic is hopeful of naming an unchanged squad for the Premier League trip to Middlesbrough on Saturday.

The Hammers will again be without Dimitri Payet who is training the Under 23’s at Chadwell Heath, while Cheikhou Kouyate and Andre Ayew are at the Africa Cup of Nations. Meanwhile Alvaro Arbeloa, Arthur Masuaku, Havard Nordtveit, Diafra Sakho and Gokhan Tore remain injured.

    So no Carroll would be my guess. That will be a big blow if that is the case. Biro have a pretty tight defence.
