Hammers trio return to training

Hammers Jordon Hugill, Sam Byram and Marcus Browne have returned to Rush Green this week to resume training with the first team.

Right back Sam Byram spent the season on loan at Nottingham Forest although injury reduced his appearances to six league and two cup games for the Championship club.

Striker Jordon Hugill also returns from a season-long at Championship rivals Middlesborough where he made 41 appearances in all competitions scoring seven goals.

Marcus Browne returns from loan with League One club Oxford for whom he made 44 appearances scoring nine goals.

Byram and Hugill were pictured by Robert Snodgrass on social media at Rush Green with the West Ham squad.

Edimilson Fernandes is also expected to return from Fiorentina where he made 36 appearances and scored 2 goals.

Reece Oxford who made seven appearances for Ausberg in the German Bundesliga this season on loan is expected to make a £3.4m permanent switch to the German club.
