Huge breakthrough on the way

|

End of the season and it’s been a great one for everybody associated with the club and for your ClaretandHugh.

It was three years ago that we first arrived on the scene and are now one of the biggest out there – a position achieved based 95 per cent on excusivecropped-claret-layers-with-catchline-Christmas.png Hammers news, news and more news.

We know you are busy people without the time to ponder long and often inconclusive features and columns so we keep it sharp, snappy and to the point.

That will continue but nobody can afford to stand still so we are introducing some big new plans over the summer which will of course be led by a highly informed approach to the transfer market via the very best sources inside the club.

We will soon be making a major announcement on a huge breakthrough in West Ham communications led by this site and its partners.

It’s just about as exciting as it gets and we are grateful to everybody who is making it happen including our fabulous readers whose loyalty has made it possible.”

ClaretandHugh’s top class news coverage which has also attracted some great blogs and bloggers will never change but the way we present it to you will be exciting and innovative.

Watch this space over the forthcoming days.

And a big thanks to all involved for keeping the site all about West Ham and not about picnics, cake recipes, sleepovers, who’s the better fan and being deleted or barred for daring to disagree with the powers that be. And one last thing to all the ” Be careful what you wish for” brigade who no doubt will be lurking in the shadows with their slug onesies on, this season we’ve got our club back, our style back and we’ve got a future either get on board with it or get a train ticket and **** off up to the north.

Hey GW… I’m in the north and it’s very nice up here. I don’t want to be over-run with slug onesie wearers. There are a few of us up here. I watched the final Upton Park game in a pub full of Manchester United fans, just me (originally from Chadwell Heath) and a bloke from Stratford supporting the Hammers.

But echoing your real point. Claret & Hugh has been a great source of news and ideas about the club and I’d also like to thank the team. Looking forward to what you’ve got planned.

Nice one Hugh, look forward to seeing what’s happening.Don’t get too technical though, remember with our illiteracy & low IQ we struggle with change haha.Perhaps you are going to only use words of 6 letters or less & give us more pictures to look at 🙂

  • StanThe Man says:

This site is ideal for me,I want to read the latest Hammers news so I can keep in touch with it daily .Thanks Hugh,Sean & all involved, I look forward to the changes.Keep up the good work,we less intelligent fans who don’t need an Oasis for intelligent debate appreciate your hard work.We will just have to live with it not being Greenwood,Lyall or Moores site of choice if they were still alive.

Thankyou Hugh and Sean for all of the effort you have put into this site. I for one always look to this site for the news, as most often than not, yours is the most accurate.

I would also like to thank all the regulars on here who keep me entertained whilst I am at work 🙂 and also for giving me a taste of being back home. Great community! COYI and come on C&H.

  • Mark says:

Thank you to EVERYONE! at C&H for all you do to keep us informed about our fantastic club 🙂 When the rumour mill starts about which players are coming and going driving us all NUTS wondering which are true and which are not there is only one place I will lokk to and TRUST that you guys 🙂

    Cheers

    Mark

  • bubs says:

Rick and everyone else is welcome any time, what has happened since Xmas is the site has returned to its great fan base plus some good new people that want to discuss our club and football in a light headed way,
Every part of the world is covered and all kinds of people drunk and sober,
Thanks Hugh and Sean keep it going but please not to techy and stop people from acting like superior teachers all the time,
    Bring out the yellow card,
