Irons aim for double delight at Wolves

|

The Hammers set out on their bid for a fourth ‘double’ victory this season when heading for Wolves next Monday evening.

It must be many years since we have been in such a position after doing the double over Villa, Sheffield United and Leeds following the 4-0 win over the men from Molineux back last September.

For the record we find ourselves in a position where we could complete doubles over Leicester, Burnley, Everton and West Brom before the end of the season taking our tally to eight for the 20/21 season.

I don’t have the stats but beyond, maybe 85/86 that would surely be some sort of record in an amazing season. If any of you have them please let me know.

We have every chance of winning in the midlands with players coming back all the time although I would expect no changes from the team that drew against Arsenal before the international break.

Arthur is all set for a return to the bench along with Yarmo whom I don’t expect to get a run out.
