Irons keeper speculation looks wide of mark

|

It’s well known thatĀ  David Moyes is tracking Fulham’s Ryan Fredericks, Tom Cairney and on loan Newcastle striker Aleksandar Mitrovic.

However, you can trust The Sun to get the wrong end of the stick from the Hammers boss visit to the match between the Cottagers and Leeds United earlier in the week.

They are now claiming that we want goalkeeperĀ Marcus Bettinelli which – although we clearly require keeper – seems unlikely at best and nigh on impossible at worst.

Fulham are currently in with a shout of automatic promotion and looks certs for the play offs so the idea that we are set to take any of their stars in the eventuality of their promotion look remote.

Even should they not go up the chances of grabbing three of their squad is optimistic although Cairney seems determined to move on if they remain in the Premier League.

Adrian is contracted to the Irons until 2019 anyway and any move by the Hammers to sign a new No 1 would almost certainly end any hopes of his putting pen to paper on a new deal.
