West Ham United are refusing to react to the series of complaints being issued against the club and fans by former boss Sam Allardyce.
The Sunderland manager – in promoting his new book ‘Big Sam’ – has been wading into the club, fans and owners for the treatment he received at times whilst at the club in the latest serialised piece .
The book – flagged up as ‘the one they all wanted” by The Sun – also savages the West Ham Way and how relieved he apparently was when he was free of a tag he never understood.
The Hammers however, are biting their tongues on everything the 60 year old has to say and will simply ignore the complaints.
ClaretandHugh contacted a top insider for a comment today and was told: ” There’s no comment other than to say, he has a book to sell and we understand that, but West Ham United has moved on.”
roll on Feb 27……….I hope to hear an endless chant of “hoof” 🙂

Best reply possible, it will annoy BFS more that he is getting no reaction from the men that paid him handsomely for 4 years.
I hope the supporters will do the same, we have moved on to hopefully bigger and better things. BFS is a distant memory.
Bitter failure Sad ,BFS
Real people don’t blame everyone but themselves,
You had a great job but believed you were better then this great club Nd still do
Any West Ham Fan that still admires you are not worth their weight in dogs poo
You are all the things that are wrong with our game and this world at the moment, you were over paid you under achieved you have no manners and not a very nice person,
Jog on ****
While the club may not be officially commenting on his quotes from that book, I’m guessing Sully is clearly having a pop and responding with his recent interviews/articles about the football being better and scoring more goals, with at least one in every game.
Sully is loving it!! 😉
Look at your success at West Ham, the worst at any club you have managed 30.7%
Those from the stadium of the long ball visit in late Feb. I think the contrasting styles will be obvious & Bilic will know just how much we will want to see Sam slumped in his chair chewing on gum or on the edge flapping his arms around yelling ‘Hoof it up there!’ Can hardly wait.
Agree with you bubs !
I would like our club to stop the nice nice talk of the false one !!!
The Dave’s and the blue shirt should give it back when called for and stop taking it on the chin,
They represent us and should defend us as we do them. !!!!!!
Allardyce is like Sheldon ooper from Big Bang theory, with the exception that he is less funny and not a genius obviously…
Was that Sheldon hoofer HH !!!!
As in PUNT without the C ?
Just a typo. But just like Sheldon he doesn’t grasp how people could ever be annoyed with him. As in his view he is always right. And brilliant. Everybody should admire him.
If we don’t we are deluded.
I so hope we absolutely slaughter Sunderland in Febuary & the place is rocking with us all singing Suoer Slavs name.Im glad parts of his book are being serialized in The Current Bun because it will show some of the Sammerettes who still defend the mug what total disdain he had for us & the club. The geezer that said he would get us playing the West Ham Way when he first pitched up & then later on said this way never existed. The w#nker was just full of contradictions & backtracking whenever it suited his excuse making.Give it a few months & Mackem fans will understand where the majority of us are coming from when it comes to our dislike of this egotistical, never my fault tosser!
Allardyce has one thing still working: The myth that he will always keep clubs up and has never relegated one. This may soon come to an end even though he may obviously no longer be in the dugout once relegation is mathematically confirmed.
It’s also slightly weird how much he’s getting paid for these emergency firefighting jobs like the one he’s taking over at Sunderland now.
Don’t get me wrong: Whatwith the TV money it’s vital for clubs to stay up and so it is money well spent if a manager keeps you up.
But it’s silly to suggest the only way to keep football clubs up is Allardyce’s way of playing respect the point defensive minded football.
Thankfully there are younger managers out there with a more open mind and a better approach to football.
The geezer is past his sell by date for the Premier League now.He will be out thought by younger managers willing to play a more expansive type of game.Second part of last season showed us all that surrendering possession to try to hang onto wins or respect the point fell flat on its face many times. He aint going to get Sunderland out of this one.John O’Shea,Wes Brown, Kaboul,Van Aanholt. All double dodgy defenders these days.He aint got the type of players like Reid,Collins & Tomkins to work with.He is up sh#tcreek without a paddle until January & by then the damage will probably have been done 😉
Can’t sell a book about nothing, then put in the currant!
