Klopp lauds ‘unbelievable’ Hammer

|

Jurgen Klopp says that Jarrod Bowen has developed into an “unbelievable” player at West Ham.

The Liverpool boss has reportedly been keeping a very close eye on the winger’s development at the Hammers and the Reds have been linked with a potential swoop to take him to Anfield.

Bowen will take on the Reds once again this weekend, having played a role in the 3-2 win at the London Stadium earlier this season.

The ex-Hull star, of course, has been in electric form this season and has scored eight goals, while also laying on 10 assists in 27 league appearances.

Klopp was asked about the winger’s displays this season ahead of Saturday’s game, which could have a huge impact on both the title race and the race for the top four, and he was gushing in his praise.

Quoted by Football.London reporter Tom Clark, the German boss said: “Bowen. What a player he became, unbelievable.”

If Bowen can prove him right, the Irons might have a chance of causing a genuine upset.
