Lingard jets off to Mykonos to meet up with team mates

|

Jesse Lingard has taken a break from football and jetted off to Mykonos to meet up with a couple of past and present Manchester United teammates.

World famous steak chef Nusret Gökçe — AKA ‘Salt Bae’ – posted onto his restaurant’s Instagram story from their Mykonos location that they had been joined by Lingard, United striker Anthony Martial and former United wide-man Ashley Young, who has just completed a Premier League return by re-signing with Aston Villa on a free transfer.

Young, Lingard and Martial were all filmed talking directly into the camera, showing their love for the restaurant as Young stated that he “loved this place”.

Lingard did his trademark ‘J-Lingz’ celebration into the camera while Martial spoke in French before smiling and throwing up a thumbs up.

Lingard technically remains a Hammer until next Wednesday when his loan expires at the end of June,  West Ham fans will be hoping he can be signed permanently and join up with the Hammers squad in early July perhaps joining the squad in Scotland for their summer training camp.

So sad. Greek island for our rich football youths. Barry Island, no more than six outdoors, for the supporters. Enough said.
