Liverpool v West Ham Poll result

|

Just under 21% of supporters believe we can manage a win this afternoon at Anfield with nearly 35% predicting a draw and over 44% predicting another loss.

West Ham have only beaten Liverpool away twice in the League since 1963 so unsurprising book makers have made us 14/1 to beat the Reds.

You can get 5/1 for a straight draw but a Liverpool win is still odds-ons bet at 1/4.

With 1,348 fans taking part in the Claret and Hugh weekend poll just 281 (20.85%) predicted the win, 599 (44.44%) predict a draw and  468 (34.72%)

With a new look under Manuel Pellegrini team past statistics mean nothing and perhaps we can prove the bookies and the majority of supporter wrong by replicating what we did in 2015 when we did the unthinkable and b, Liverpool in a 3-0 win under Slavan Bilic.

You can get odds of 275/1 for another 3-0 win over Liverpool today. A more modest 1-0 win will give you 40/1 with 2-0 100/1

    I have said many times that I don’t gamble . But if I did I would divide £20 into four and put a fiver on 1) 0-1 2) 0-2 3) 0-3 and 4) any away win result .
You can see why I don’t gamble , because I could never bet on a scenario where West Ham don’t win .
