Harry Maguire’s future has shifted even further from the Hammers following our earlier report that we won’t be going back for him. The the latest news is that AC Milan are keen to become involved in signing him.

The Hammers have been regularly reported as being ready to go back in for him after failing to come to an agreement with Man United in the summer.

But they now have even less money and we have been told this evening by our own insider there is no chance of a deal being done even should David Moyes want to try.

Lisandro Martinez and Raphael Varane are now the preferred defensive duo at Old Trafford when fit and a recent comment from Maguire that he doesn’t intend staying at a club where he plays just once a month has apparently sparked interest in Europe.

Now talkSPORT, have reported that AC is just one of various Italian clubs interested in his signature.

Maguire may feel that with his Three Lions team-mate Fikayo Tomori doing well at Milan and Chris Smalling doing the same at Roma in 2019he may find the answer to his problems in Italy.
