Speculation is gathering pace that West Ham will attempt to sign Jermain Defoe when the transfer window opens on Monday after West Ham’s captain Mark Noble started following following the former Hammer on social media.
Noble with over 82,000 followers on twitter made Defoe his 310th person he follows.

Defoe admits he was badly advised by his agents. He was young and did what his agents told him. If he had kept quiet there would have been none of this name calling. He admitted he was wrong and said sorry. He was born in Stratford so this would truly become a home coming
