Moyes rejects charges Hammers fail to entertain

David Moyes has totally rejected charges the Hammers fail to entertain the fans. At least one reporter asked a question which needed an answer at the manager’s press conference earlier today.

The manager has been severely criticised for the counter attacking game which he has preferred this season and the fact that the club has now gone seven games without a win.

But he flatly rejected suggestions, when asked, that he is finding it difficult to balance the need for results against the need for entertainment.

Good news at last however, that at least one of the media corps had the courage to put the question to him and listened carefully before offering an answer.

He is obviously aware that this is a topic which is increasing the pressure on him almost daily coming on top of the O-6 defeat by Arsenal.

But he took the question very much in his stride declaring:  “I think we have been really good entertainment, I think we have scored more goals then we ever had before, I think we have three or four players playing with the biggest countries in the world in our club so I think we are in a really good place”
