No return date for injured striker

|

Valencia_3191610Slaven Bilic has a tough decision ahead of the Sunderland game as he bids to pose major striking problems for Sam Allardyce’s Black Cats.

David Gold has this morning confirmed that Enner Valencia will be unavailable for the game and that leaves Slav with a choice between Andy Carroll and Emanuelle Emenike.

DG tweeted: Valencia will not be available for the Sunderland game.”

The Ecuador striker has damaged his ankle and the likelihood is that the Nigerian Emenke will start following his two goals last weekend with Carroll making his entrance from the bench.

Valencia  is understood to be training on his own having seen a specialist but that there is no decision on whether he will be available for the games against Spurs and Everton.

Winston Reid looks certain to return to the centre of defence but once again Slav faces a big decision in deciding who makes way for the Kiwi.

Emineke deserves his chance to win our hearts by scoring at least 2 against Sunderland
AC can come on and get a couple more in the second half,
Lot of thinking now for Slav
Who starts on the right Lanzini or Antonio ?
Does Payet start on the left or Moses ?
Noble and Kouyate or Obiang to win more Ball Maybe even Song ?
Byram or Antonio at right back ?
Randolf or Adrien in goal ?
What a lovely position to be in and With Sakho,Reid back as well and Valencia not that far away it’s going to get awkward to keep everybody happy already we will see how much the act as a squad in the next month,
I hope they are all happy they get paid if they watch or play only AC Noble Payet Collins
Tomkins Adrien Randolf Cresswell have to worry about Europe Tornament,
Cresswell Tomkins and .Noble won’t get a chance from Woy
Adrien won’t get in the Spain Squad
    Randolf will go anyway
Payet will get a outside chance if others get injured
That leaves AC which will depend on Wellbeck and Sturridge and if Woy changes his opinion
So no need for unrest in the squad

    Carroll on the bench.
    Emineke to start.
    Antonio to start
    Moses on the bench.
Reid probably needed more for Tottenham than Sunderland.
    Same applies to Lanzini.
Obiang, Noble and Kouyate all to start to help protect Payet. Bring on Moses,Carroll and Lanzini once the Sunderland players have been chasing Dimitri for 70 mins.
