West Ham will have played 51 games by the time this season ends but Mark Noble insists hard work can get them to their European goal.
The skipper has led from the front this season and said: “We have got some really big clubs around us who are playing well, so we need to keep on winning games.
“We just have to try and enjoy it and get as many points as we can.”
So after a ten month season under a new manager with new players what comes next for the brilliant Hammers of 2015/16.
Noble said: “It is just hard work. We set standards every day and we are all working for each other. You don’t need to work on your fitness at this stage.
We train hard when we train, but fitness doesn’t come into it. We are all fit so it is more about tactics and enjoying training.”
Team work no super star being Lazy,
Moses,Valencia and Emineke do not understand that when you don’t work hard off the ball how much pressure you put on the other players
The difference in our players attitudes started when Antonio got in the team, others like Lanzini,Payet started working harder off the ball,
Kouyate,Sakho,AC Noble have always had that mentality
When the new super stars join this summer I hope they come with that aim as well
Spot on bubs.Players need to buy into the team not just their own game.It was the key to Leicester’s success. As for Noble he has been a true leader this season.Hope his spelling & grammar is good though or the Wet Ones will be bemoaning his lack of commas.Oh what an exciting life they lead,Lmao.
Know what you mean,I have learnt so much since my teachers correct most of my postings
Should see my shopping list,my Mrs just picks it up and laughs no corrective spelling on my note pad,
Funny thing though never miss spell San Miguel or Amstel yurt get the numbers wrong can’t start under 24 my hand just won’t do it,
Don’t worry guys I have had my grammar corrected on here as well by some Professor. It’s strange why anyone honestly gives a toss enough to even comment about it.They must have been bullied by their English teachers as kids lol
I think it’s very thoughtful of people to come on here to give us literacy lessons.I’m mean after all who wants to talk formations & tactics all day…ahh wait a minute..I know who 😉
