Former Hammer now Maidenhead manager Alan Devonshire shows off his dance moves as his side trashed rivals Bromley 5-2.
Maidenhead United finished off their hugely promising first season in the National League with a flourish as they hit play-off chasing Bromley for five at York Road. His dance video has since gone viral on the Internet.
Devonshire said post game: “I’m pleased for them and we’ve now won five out of our last six games of the season. I’m delighted with the way it’s gone, but the hard work starts now for next year. It’s gone ever so well. We’ve had a few hiccups along the way but you’re going to get that in the National League. I’m proud of them, I’ve got some good players here, and I’m sure some of them will go on to better things.”
Devonshire had played 448 competitive games for West Ham over 14 years, scoring 32 goals. He first managed Maidenhead between 1996-2003 and was re-appointed in May 2015.
