Payet thanks Hammers fans

|

payetDimtri Payet has thanked West Ham fans for his new song saying it is the first song with his name in it.

“I heard it after the Crystal Palace match– it was posted a lot on my Twitter feed, It is the first time I have a song with my name – it never happens in France. It really touched me. I would like to thank the fans. Even to be compared with him (Zinedine Zidane) is a really good thing for me.” said Payet.

And the 28 year old believes it is possible to beat Chelsea today.

“As Chelsea have lost one or two matches at the start of the season, everyone says: ‘It is now possible to beat Chelsea’. There is maybe less fear than before. Other teams are a bit more relaxed when they play Chelsea. But they remain a top team. They have not lost their quality in two months.”
