I really struggle to see JJS as anything special. I’m open to being educated if anyone has the inclination but frankly I see him like an Ayew or Rondon. OK but surely now we’re a ‘big club’ we can set our sights higher.
I agree he is decent but inconsistent & also had his injury problems on high wages £80k prob want more & £20m seems high. If Wilshere buggers off & he was £8-10m ok but why not go for a Joan Jordan, Kessie would be great. £20m we could get a solid found midfielder. Brooks was £10m been great.
