Anyone who doesn’t back the manager to succeed should really f**k off and support someone else.

What sort of question is that?

Do we bet on him to succeed?
Do we believe he will succeed?
    Do we hope he succeeds?
Are we supporting him, to succeed, regardless of whether we think he will or not?

      What does succeed mean?

Achieve 17th place and avoid relegation?
Achieve at least 10th place and be in the top half of the PL?
Achieve 14th place and be comfortably clear of relegation?
Reach a minimum semi final in a cup?

Can’t say what the poll means but for me being successful would be getting us playing as a team defensively and offensively and having the players show some backbone, imho what I would call playing the West Ham way and putting a shift in every match. I think it is very difficult to assess success this season it might be that 17th is successful, the players are going to be playing differently from the way they have for the last two seasons and that may take time and impact our overall points capability.

As Fans we owe him a vote of positive thinking . He seems to have started well at Rush Green and Sunday’s game at Watford needs our full support . Maybe , if he does well between now and end of February we can start thinking of a long term Manager . Relegation is unthinkable . It has reared its ugly head again and I think Moyes can cut it off at the neck .
