The question on most West Ham supporters lips is how long the board should give Manuel Pellegrini to turn things around.
A vocal element of the fanbase want him gone as soon as possible while others want to adopt a wait and see approach of various lengths.

The situation now is reminiscent of the last days of Pards and the last days of Slav – excrutiating. I remember Pards talking of the “need for warriors” (cue the legendary Christian Daly) and then going to Bolton and losing 4-0.
I think Hugh got it right when referring to Pelle as a “managerial fraud” – obviously the need is to go to Chelsea and keep it tight – but we dont seem to have the players to do that – and Pelle wont change his system
