Some strange choices here. We already have a fantastic Defensive Midfielder in Declan Rice so surely the priority is a Box-To-Box CENTRAL MIDFIELDER to partner him in the middle?
We’ve never replaced Kouyate, if we can get a similarly high energy CM – but with far greater technical skill – that would really much a huge difference. Certainly more than getting another DM!
Would say a centre forward that can link up play but we do need a box to box midfielder 😀
Well, if Trott goes out on loan then keeper is obviously the first choice. We cannot run a full season with 1 GK. Additional strikers wont help much if one of then has to play in goal half the season…
We need a few players don’t we ? Left back, Keeper, CF, box to box midfielder etc
Absolutely 32, no arguing that. My point was more which is the single most important aspect, and by that I stand firm we need 2 GK in the squad. Not the biggest problem area at all, and sure it will get sorted fairly easily, but sorted it must.
