Report: £10m bid for Obiang from Italy

|

A report from Italy suggests that Pedro Obiang could be making a return to Italy.

Alfredo Pedulla claims Obiang is very close to a transfer to Fiorentina after failing to land the Hammer last Summer. Fiorentina has reportedly offered a bid of 10 million on a four and a half year contract.

The article from Alfredopedulla.com goes on to say that Obiang has said yes and that West Ham is about to accept saying that the Italian midfielder return to Italy is one step away.

Obiang made his switch from Sampdoria to West Ham in the summer of 2015 in a deal worth £4.5m.

Last summer West Ham reportedly rejected bids from both Fiorentina and Atalanta.

One report from Italy last Summer claimed that Atalanta had made a bid offering the Hammers an £890,000 loan fee for a season with an option to buy worth £8m but club insiders at the time said the club has no intention of loaning or selling the player this summer.
