    Reece’s tweet means nothing

We need to get this lad in the team. A young British core is essential to success. It was the British core last year of noble Carroll cresswell Antonio that made it our most successful season but we need the younger lads coming through like they have at Tottenham with the likes of Kane diet Ali etc. It is the recipe for success in my opinion. Yes the payets and Lanzinis add the icing on the cake but you need a good British core that know what it’s all about. In my opinion that’s what we’ve been missing this season.

On the money Slaven. I’ve been banging on about Oxford seems like an eternity. He would not be worse than a couple players in defence at the moment.

At some time soon we are going to have to start playing our youngsters instead of keep sending them out on loan or face losing them. Oxford has been in & around the 1st team squad for 2 seasons now he needs to be given his chance, couldn’t be any worse than those on the field now.

Maybe he’d stand a better chance of playing if he didn’t constantly make cryptic tweets on Instagram about his displeasure about not playing? I can understand his frustration at not playing, as many have rightly said, others arent doing any better, but his entire reputation is based on a game on the opening day of LAST SEASON. Since then, when he has played, he’s not been that great. Personally I think everyone at the club knows he’s got going to sign.

I think he should have gone out on loan this year.Just like Burke,Samuelsen,Dobson, etc.Why should he have special treatment. He is only 17,and a seasons loan would have been good for him.If he thinks Man utd or City would put him straight into their first team forget it.Sign do as your told or bugger off Oxford sick of hearing your childish bleats. He’s been angling for a move from day one.COYI

Bilic is starting to treat the young players like Allardyce did. I wouldn’t blame Oxford if he decided to join a team like Man city. Why sit on the bench at West Ham when you can sit on the bench at Man city and be tutored by a good manager like pep and not a mediocre one like Bilic?
